How do you define your ideal customer?


So it's widely accepted the most successful brands start with WHY, then you move on to WHAT and HOW. 👍

But all that good intent means nothing without an idea of WHO they want serve. 🤷

Start ups, Brands, Businesses all have commercial goals, want to evoke a consumer response with their branding, and hopefully also drive a purposeful agenda - but without a clear targeted audience they'll never realise their full potential.

𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 - Eg, 25-35yr old professional male, city living, sports fan, earning £40k-£50k.

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 - Target Market + single with no kids, vegetarian and CrossFIT enthusiast

𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿 - Niche Market + loves craft beer, shops local, spends his weekend competing in grassroot fitness events with friends from the same gym.

Start big to get going, and then focus on your niche and ideals to really begin to grow and learn
